It's all to do with the Bible, because the Magi were from Beverley. After all, it does say that they came "from the East Riding on camels". |

It is Asfordby without the h. A coal mine was sunk here in the 1980s, but it was closed a decade later due to geological problems. A place I have been through many times as I have relatives in Melton, Great Dalby and Langham. |
