That’s a stupid declaration sheet because it doesn’t even have the result on it -i.e. the number of votes for each candidate at each round. yeah, they get around to releasing those "reports" eventually. So far as I can see, the Council still hasn't published the full and final results. Some sort of record? |

Well, they haven't replied to my email yet, but they have put the transfers up on the council website today.
