I've been to Chichester once for a few hours, in January 1999. Just decided to get on a train and go there for no particular reason. Stupidly I didn't visit the cathedral which is probably the number one attraction. I visited once (hunting details of this chap) but surely Chichester has a special place in the hearts of anyone interested in elections as the home-town-in-exile of F.W.S. Craig.

According to the Runnymede Council website, there are two vacancies, presumably caused by Conservative resignations
Barry Pitt (Chertsey South and Row Town) - the six-month rule applies Dannielle Khalique (Foxhills) - due to retire in 2019 - a double vacancy?

According to the Runnymede Council website, there are two vacancies, presumably caused by Conservative resignations Barry Pitt (Chertsey South and Row Town) He was a member of the planning committee (most recently attending on 7 March) where he often dissented from the main group of Conservative councillors; I've heard he ended his most recent committee with a rant about how councillors are unable to do anything on planning. Think he was planning to stand down in May but decided to resign early in protest.
