As much as I loathe Independents normally, my dislike of SPÖVP comes into play as well. For once i would probably go Unabhängig fur Österreich and back Frau Griss.

The final debate happened without outstanding results.
According to some OnlinePolls Hofer and Griss appeared as most convincing to 30% each, VanDerBellen 20%, Khol and Lugner (!) received 10%, Hundstorfer (SPÖ) was very weak. (When he claimed, that PartyMembership wouldn't matter in his former ministry, the audience began to laugh...)

Please, let us remind, that 600.000 PostalVotes are counted on Monday afterNoon. It's possible, that the FPÖ-candidate will be in the RunOff - for 1 day. (But it seems, that Austria becomes Byzantine or Taiwanese, with Blue vs. Green...) |
