Last few days of canvassing in the Tollesbury by-election the Conservatives have the rolls royce of party election machines ! And Labour have a penny farthing just vote Labour in Tollesbury and we can win !!

The Conservatives have had two MP's working in the Tollesbury district council by-election ! What the hells going on ? Do they think Labour could win here ?

I will lay odds on that Harold Wilson stops posting after the result next week and if the Conservatives hold comfortably he will not even comment on the result .

The Labour vote share in Chelmsford north county council seat up 10%! - compared to 2009 when Labour were reduced to around 150 County Councillors across the whole of the Country. It was nevertheless 6% down on 2005 when the share was 24%.

Tollesbury has one MP Pritti Patel former UKIP member ! and John Whittingdale is the MP for Maldon both have been out canvassing for the Conservative candidate !
