Kinson South - Bournemouth UA - Roger Marley and Norman Decent (Conservatives) were disqualified by the High Court. For the first hour of the vote, the polling station had ballots for the Kinson North ward, and so, 115 electors casted invalid votes unknowingly. The majority of those 2 candidates over the 4th place were smaller than the number of affected votes.
