No - Peartree (Welwyn Hatfield) has over 50%. Others I can think of just off the top of my head Goosehays and Roehampton

Churchill in Westminster is 49.8% by household, 53.3% by people - but we'll see in May whether it stays Tory.

I make Chadsmead the ward with the 15th highest % social housing with a Tory councillor (Churchill was 3rd, Peartree is the top one but that is up in May and will be a tough one to hold too - more so than Churchill I'd have thought)

Chadsmead is certainly likely to move up the listings after May as a large number of the top 15 will be up then. In addition to Churchill we have Roehampton, New River (which is abolished), Cremorne, New Addington and Goosehays. In councils which elect by thirds the Tories will be defending Peartree, Warren Park (Havant), Hatfield Central, Shepway South (Maidstone) and Broadfield South (Crawley. If they lost all of these then Chadsmead would move up to 5th place behind (from 1st) Trench (Tonbridge & malling), Grange (Christchurch), Alamein (Test Valley) and Hailsham East (Wealden)
