The program of government talks about 10 to 12 districts, with regional candidates and a national list. It does not say how it precisely is gonna work, but it seems unlikely that the current provinces will be the sole basis, given the huge difference in population between the larger and smaller provinces, and the geographical problems of combining.

Dutch government existence in jeopardy as a consequence of last week riots in Amsterdam.
One of the members of the government (of Moroccan descent) reported to leave the government today, with the possibility of other NSC ministers following her. Allegedly a cabinet meeting last Monday about the riots got very heated and racist comments were made, and not just by PVV representatives.
