NB my method of calculating the percentages is to do the average of the votes for each party, divided by the total turnout. So the percentages don’t add up to 100% (and they’re not supposed to (unless every voter chooses only one party and then votes for all the candidates of that party))

Now while I would like to see Selsdon Vale & Forestdale elect anyone other than a Tory, I feel with the Croydon Council mismanagement under Labour and the relatively stable administration of Mayor Perry, the Tories will hold on with a slightly reduced majority of around 20-30%

Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for somebody to explain what the difference is between the green square which says that Labour is 8-1, and the blue square which says that Labour is 36-1. (Similarly, that Andrew Pelling is 12-1 and 10,000-1 respectively). |
