Latest poll has Milei narrowly winning over Massa. Bullrich has endorsed Massa. There are suggestions that Macri himself arranged this. Not that he or Massa need a reason to try and destroy each other.

Yes, it's the choice between a man who is a lunatic in theory, and a man who is a lunatic in practice.

Bullrich has endorsed Massa. No, she endorsed Milei. Now corrected, typing too quickly (hence the bit about Macri that is indeed correct!)

Yes one of the most incomprehensible posts for some time, with a fundamental error included.

The three most recent polls all put Milei ahead...by 3%, 4%, 6%.

The three most recent polls all put Milei ahead...by 3%, 4%, 6%. Dangerous populist that the media doesn't like defeats dangerous populist that the media pretends isn't there. Massa might well pull this off though. A few reports note that Alberto Fernández and Cristina have both essentially vanished (CFK has the higher approval rate of the two, at 40 per cent). Massa is making noises about a national unity government whilst also trying to pick fights with the likely players. We can all factor in quick chaos with Milei. But how long before Massa ends up like De La Rua, being removed from the palace by helicopter? Either he essentially screws over his voter base, or the whole country. Or possibly both.

Massa is much more dangerous because he clearly doesn’t care about anything other than holding on to power.

Massa will just do it more slowly and with more peso exchange rates.

To sum up both candidates: Milei - The road to hell is paved with good intentions Massa - The road to hell is paved with no intentions

Macri is this week trying to get elected back to his old job running Boca Juniors. A dress rehearsal for an attempted comeback?

Polls don't close for some time. However, the Spanish state broadcaster reports a final poll showing Milei on 45.8 per cent and Massa on 43.8. It does also report another poll suggesting both on 44.
Too close to call.

The "best" (=least worst) pollsters of round I had Milei ahead. And those only 6 companies, which conducted 2 opinionPolls since (none has done 3), saw alltogether a momentum towards Milei. Then the eMigrant-numbers were coming in and despite being unrepresentative of the country proper, had also remarkable inCreases for him. Now the Twitter-rumours claim also a victory (and perhaps not even close).
GOD help Argentina!

One comment in one paper described Argentina as having to choose between a firing squad and polonium tea.
