Think Andrew P wins the day, as it were - he clearly spotted the May 2021 Kidderminster Town Council election for the same ward fought on competitive party lines and with some of the same cast of characters.
However, Toylyyev's lead for the month was solid and convincing enough for the overall victory for November after such a wide range of contests, with Andrew a strong second.
Very well done to both of the above!
