After all CH is importing more from the EU than exporting into it and could bloc the transAlpine transitRoutes - but the "FreiSinnige" (=FreeMinders) are far too much "WeichSinnige" (=weak/softMinders) for being not servile. Painful to watch. The mid&left parties - i.e. all except SVP/Lega/... - handed 1.3bn sfr over to the EU and promised their stupid voters to get access to EU-research ("Horizon Europe") - what did naturally not materialize. (Why should the EU be so stupid to respect subservient slaveSouls?)

Dark day today. Well you can't win them all. I'm genuinely amazed that the covid one survived.

Only 21.5% No for the OECD-MinimumTaxation - without following Swiss referenda in an incredibly close way i cannot remember, that SPS has ever had such little support.

The referendum for a 13th pensionPay per year, which had been polled as a tossUp, was with ~58% clearly supported, apparently not least by conservative areas. The FDP-Youth had proposed to increase the obligate pensionAge automatically and it was - as expected - soundly rejected (just ~25%). So SwitzerLand is also not necessarily the heaven of economical liberalism any longer. And the recent CreditSuisse-collapse was only 1 small factor.
