It's a cracking effort, I'll give him that. I do wonder who funds him though. In the recent Welsh election in my electoral region, I got sent a leaflet from his Workers Party with his ugly mug on it. All in all, they go 411 votes (0.2%) and were beaten by TUSC, the Communists and Gwlad Gwlad. Ok postage was free, but printing and organizing a significant number of leaflets isn't.
By “the Communists”, I presume you mean the Communist Party of Britain, which is thoroughly revisionist and riddled with the degeneracy of parliamentary cretinism. The Workers Party of Britain, on the other hand, is the creature, puppet and front organisation of the proper communists (the hardcore unreconstructed orthodox Marxist-Leninist communists ) of the CPGB(ML). Presumably they and/or Galloway have decided that they think they will get more votes under Galloway’s name than their own. I did indeed mean the Communist Party of Britain.
Though I think the Workers Party of Britain in simply a Galloway vanity project. He did endorse voting Conservative at the end of the day. Mind you, I have no idea how a hardcore Marxist-Leninist mind works.

I would point out all the sucking up to Modi that Johnson is doing.. Except Galloway is not asking the Asians to vote Tory I assume. "Vote Galloway get Modi supporter" might have traction. I guess Labour might want to see what the Tory candidate said about Israel when he stood in Leeds NE... Yes, I think Galloway’s modus operandi is to persuade enough voters to switch from Labour to him to cost Labour the seat; I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to find a quote from him I read earlier in which he said the election of another Johnson lackey was irrelevant to ousting Starmer as LOTO (I thought it was in the Lewis Goodall Twitter thread if you want to see if your eyesight’s better than mine).

Yes, it was just the additional bit about, to paraphrase, another Conservative MP being collateral damage, that I was pointing out in respect of the comment about Conservative support for Modi’s administration.

That leaflet is more convincing than any of the LibDem two horse leaflets I’ve seen over the years! It's a cracking effort, I'll give him that.
I do wonder who funds him though.
Russia Today presumably.

Russia Today presumably. Just don't you *dare* suggest that there has ever been any oil money involved. Nosirree.

Galloway's appearance before the US senate committee was fun. I don't think they were expecting quite what they got.

I remember the sinking feeling I got the moment it was announced that he was going. He was obviously going to run rings round them and they had no chance of pinning him down. Stupid of them to even try.

It was during my finals and it was probably the first thing I watched on a live stream. Provided some welcome relief!

In retrospect, that session was perhaps peak Galloway.

He is a brilliant public speaker, no doubt about it. And he knows his stuff on the Middle East - clearly what he says is very divisive and provocative, but its well argued and cogent.
He clearly has a source of income, but who knows what investments he may have which provide him with it. He doesn't need a 9 to 5, that's for sure.

We can't see how many voters he's addressing but it's surreal. He is clearly enjoying this by-election.

"Everyone in Palestine" is waiting on that result? There's ego, there's insanity and then there is George.

I’m going to guess it was him and a couple of campaign volunteers or else why stop at the applause line before any applause from the assembled masses? No panoramic shot of even a dozen residents looking on?
