Is this the highest ward in England? Possibly Alston? Whichever ward includes Scafell Pike, presumably. Which I believe is in Copeland district, not Eden. Scafell Pike summit was in Seascale ward in 2011, don't know if there have been boundary changes. |

There have been boundary changes since. Scafell Pike summit is now on the border between Black Combe/Scafell and Gosforth/Seascale wards. |

There were boundary changes in Copeland District this May. Scafell Pike is now on the boundary between Black Combe & Scafell and Gosforth & Seascale wards. Then we have a tie for first place! |
