Is this the highest ward in England? Possibly Alston? Whichever ward includes Scafell Pike, presumably. Which I believe is in Copeland district, not Eden. Scafell Pike summit was in Seascale ward in 2011, don't know if there have been boundary changes.

There have been boundary changes since. Scafell Pike summit is now on the border between Black Combe/Scafell and Gosforth/Seascale wards.

There were boundary changes in Copeland District this May. Scafell Pike is now on the boundary between Black Combe & Scafell and Gosforth & Seascale wards. Then we have a tie for first place!
