I would guess that Wimbledon is moving very rapidly up our target list...

I would guess that Wimbledon is moving very rapidly up our target list... In a lot of forecasts that I do where the LEAVE vote is factored into the calculations, Wimbledon either comes out as a Lib Dem GAIN or a four way marginal.

Was Cannon Hill in Mitcham and Morden in 1982 by election?

Was Cannon Hill in Mitcham and Morden in 1982 by election? No - boundaries more or less the same as now

Is Cannon Hill now the only ward in London with one Conservative, one Labour, one Lib Dem councillor?

Is Cannon Hill now the only ward in London with one Conservative, one Labour, one Lib Dem councillor? Ealing Common has all three

Very disappointed that Labour lost the Cannon Hill by-election and congratulations to the Lib Dems and Anthony. Despite Labour losing, the Tories came in third in what is the Tory leader's ward and it can't be blamed on UKIP as they had a dismal result in what is the most pro-Leave ward in Wimbledon(the ward voted Remain 57-43)

Very well done to anthony and the team in Merton. I suspect he will be less pleased when he finds out disgraced former Lib Dem leader of Kingston Council, convicted child pornographer, Derek Osbourne, helped out:

Why? I assume he served his time? Rehabilitation and change doesn't happen by restricting people from involvement in everyday life.

Why? I assume he served his time? Rehabilitation and change doesn't happen by restricting people from involvement in everyday life. I believe he remains on the sex offenders register for 10 years And that is exactly the time where any sex offender needs to remake their life - 10 years treating them as pariahs is not a way to rehabilitate. There is no reason whatsoever why he shouldn't deliver some leaflets.
