Knowsley win a special award for incompetence for publishing this year’s election results without any party labels for the candidates . The Labour candidate is a former councillor for the ward, elected in 2012, came third in 2016 and lost his seat this year to the indy, who is also a former Labour councillor for the ward and the indy who stood in 2016.
