These maps indicate as major shifts (apart from more complex ones):
CentralAnatolia: AKP lost to MHP (and a less to CHP) SouthWest-A.: IYI gained the old DYP-votes (parked in MHP, AKP; CHP) SouthEast-A.: HDP lost a little bit to AKP and CHP (not to MHP)

Astonishing, that Turkey's Qom, the "saint city" Konya, wasn't more relevant earlier (i.e. MSP 1973).

Are there any orders for making maps of a certain election or party?

The MHP have withdrawn from their alliance with the AKP. Although confusion reigns as to whether this is on a local level (council elections due in the new year) or on a national level. If on the latter then the AKP have lost their Parliamentary majority (for what it is worth these days).

There must obviously be a mistake with the NationalAverage; nontheless i took these numbers from a publication of the ElectoralCommission. The numbers of the EC look sometimes a little bit fishy, but perhaps it's only the PostalVotes?

The numbers which they post not being open to ballot box stuffing of course? Have You found any real hints for fraud? Formerly Turkey's Deep State didn't need such primitive methods as far as i know. In the 1950ies the Dem.P. abolished a province, because it favoured the opposition (all seats of a province were handed over in those days to the strongest party, what created huge disproportionalities by the way).
