This will end when (if) Netanyahu is convicted, at which point Gantz could probably find a coalition with Likud workable.

They need to change their electoral system, pronto.

Indeed, and most of B&W's vote is very much anti-Likud so there may be reasons for scepticism there.

Tbf it would presumably be a non-Netanyahu led LIkud playing the role of the smaller coalition party, so a lot more palpable than previous Netanyahu led governments. If i was in Likud, thats exactly what i would want to avoid.

They need to change their electoral system, pronto. Its more a case of personalties . Likud and Blue & White could form a viable coalition if Bibi was not around .

Netanyahu indicted for fraud, bribery and breach of trust. How long before Likud drop him as leader?

Netanyahu indicted for fraud, bribery and breach of trust. How long before Likud drop him as leader? The question is whether they can. He has been slowly hollowing out the party for years.

Netanyahu indicted for fraud, bribery and breach of trust. How long before Likud drop him as leader? Just after the customary vote of confidence?

The timing of this is...suspicious...to say the least. But it couldn’t have happened to a nicer person

It would be interesting to see what Israeli politcs would have been like if they had used FPTP from the beginning.

Netanyahu indicted for fraud, bribery and breach of trust. One benefit of finally getting this monster out of the way for good (which hasn't happened yet by any means, but is now at least a possibility) is that some people might be willing to look at the Israel/Palestine situation in a slightly more balanced way. And be less prone to be drawn into the conspiracy theorising we are all familiar with.

Translation, "The Likud Chairman is Prime Minister Netanyahu, who brought Likud 32 mandates", this means the MK's, "in a memorandum that reads "The Likud headed by Netanyahu." It is unfortunate to see that while Prime Minister Netanyahu maintains Israel's security on all fronts and works to preserve Likud's rule, Gideon Sa'ar as usual shows zero loyalty and maximum subversion."
