I'm a bit gutted about the 5 votes, and coming so close to saving our deposit, but to beat the BNP & Greens in our worst constituency is a great result for me personally. I'd be interested in finding out the percentage increase/decrease, as I reckon UKIP and Labour might be the only party increasing their vote?

Yes it is given the kind of territory it is, demographically probably one of the lowest potential seats for UKIP in the North West
