That is interesting, I can't remember seeing a seat where the cartogram so resembles the raw geography

I'd expect a swing of about 15% from LD to Lab in Manchester Central.
Something like Lab 70%, LD 15%.

That isn't an acceptable reason for the result to be delayed. I hope the returning officer makes that clear.
