Just noticed, when was Shevington moved into Warrington??  And so as not to end the electoral year on a pedantic note, can I thank middleenglander here for their tireless work in both these summaries and the prediction competition  |

I also will keep up our thanks to middleenglander for his singular contribution, Afaik there is only one middleenglander (cue for song) The "singular-they" is thing, like it or not, and it's here to stay...  ...Though in this particular instance its use is arguably unnecessary as middleenglander is quite unambiguously a "he".  |

Here are two words which should warn you to be careful of projecting Ashfield results into the future - Jason Zadrozny. Underestimate his machine at your peril. His chance to win was in 2010. Given that he didn’t stand in 2015 or 2017, I don’t expect he’ll make such a big splash ever again. This aged well... |

My comment was about General Elections - Jason Zadrozny will never be an MP. The Mansfield Independent Forum stood in 2005 in Mansfield - got 17% of the vote. |
