I found Lab 339, Con 308, Grn 227, LD 31 for Witham. yes, mine were the Town council seat, I was confused by their twitter feed. In any case, you reversed the winner for Town Council. It's Con 312 and Lab 311.

The NCC shall not have regard to the mere holding or expression of beliefs and opinions.
Opinions like "thank you for proving my byelection forecast right".

Ta. The only bright spot in another week of terrible prediction calamities. Mr Parish is, or was, chair of the Parish council I think! And Mr Press is presumably the editor of the local rag? Arf. and UKIP stood a candidate who surname almost matches that of the PM, but with the tragic addition of a continental "Le".
