Anyone have the figures from Hartlepool? I can't find them on Twitter. From council web site: Chris Broadbent – Independent – 26 Tim Fleming – UKIP – 496 Steve Latimer – Putting Hartlepool First – 155 Benjamin Marshall – Local Conservatives – 41 John Robert Price – Patients not profit in our NHS – 36 Trevor Rogan – Labour Party – 255 The current make-up of Hartlepool Council is now Labour (19), UKIP (6), Independent (3), Local Conservatives (3) and Putting Hartlepool First (2). The turnout for the by-election was 17.8%. Clearly a case of the LDs running as 'UKIP' to improve their by-election chances. |
