Only 2 of the 5 Labour Councillors elected in 2015 remain on the Council along with both Conservatives then elected.

Apart from the Conservative elected last week the other new Councillors are the unsuccessful Conservative in May 2015 co-opted on 9th May 2016 along with another of unknown party co-opted on 4th April 2016.

I can see some abysmal turnouts given that it's holiday season could some of these by-elections not have been held over until late summer early autumn.
