I'd be surprised if "Spen" survives the consultation process in that form, given what the reports from the hearings said about Bradford South.

If this is true it would seem that there was a bit of a farce being played out in the recent Batley & Spen by-election, word is that the election agent for Therese Hurst,(EDP) was Neil Humphrey of The English Independence Party who actually stood against her under the name 'Anti Corbyn'.
