Very probable, yes. It is certainly a more reasonable thread than the last one you started in this section

Obviously it makes sense in terms of being the same as the Welsh Assembly elections to avoid the issue of asking voters to the polls twice in quick succession, but leads to the (somewhat theoretical) possibility of Irranca-Davies taking the Chiltern Hundreds and then not being elected to the Assembly. I assumed that they would time it with the London By-Election (either Richmond Park or Tooting) but...

They wouldn't have Ruane. Can't have a Gog representing a Valleys seat.

I assumed that they would time it with the London By-Election (either Richmond Park or Tooting) but... I too assumed it would be in June/July. Back in 2012 Alun Michael and Tony Lloyd both resigned as MPs in order to stand as PCCs with the Westminister by-election timed to co-inside with the PCC election, so a timetable like this is not unheard of.

She also was on Pontypridd shortlist in run up of 2010 GE.

Labour long-listing took place today.
Chris Elmore (Vale of Glamorgan Cllr and 2015 GE candidate) and Geraint Hopkins (Rhondda Cllr) have tweeted they have called for the shortlisting interview.
