I gather that UKIP have selected Keith Rowe, who is the PPC for Birmingham Edgbaston.
Keith isn't a candidate that would really inspire me to vote UKIP but he is on the sensible and capable wing of the party.

Candidate statements booklet arrived today, addressed to "the resident", rather than to me. It would have been nice to receive it before my postal vote. I wonder how many people have sent off their postal vote before receiving any information about the candidates.

I agree that Rowe's pitch was unimpressive and Khan's was very good. That being said there is no way I could possibly vote for Khan.
