Barnet: Byelection on 7 May in Garden Suburb ward. Resignation of Danny Seal (Conservative). www.times-series.co.uk/news/11864649.Cllr_Danny_Seal_to_stand_down/The Conservatives will temporarily lose their majority on Barnet - currently C 32, Lab 30, L Dem 1. If the Conservative lost the byelection, then there could be a change of control - but last year they were more than two-to-one ahead of a Labour team headed by the late Nick Goldberg. Conservative candidate for the byelection is Rohit Grover.

Vacancies covered by the "6 month" rule - 46St Edmundsbury BC, Haverhill North - Conservative resigned 2nd February I don't think this is right. Presumably refers to Anne Gower, but she only announced her resignation from her county council seat (Haverhill Cangle division) not the borough. She is still shown as a member and in the cabinet.

Viv Lewis , UKIP councillor for Camborne Treswithian ward on Cornwall UA has resigned This was the division with the most remarkable result in 2013, with only 28 votes seperating the 4 candidates. I had thought Councillor Lewis's unexpected election might lead to an early byelection, not least given his age.
