Swing UKIP to Labour 6½% since June 2013 by-election otherwise not particularly meaningful. This ward is just a couple of miles away from where I live. Fair comment , however the Lib Dems could not even muster a candidate (or chose not to to avoid humiliation) in a ward which they had held between 2004-2010 inclusive. Quite an ignominious decline!
