Actually quite a good result for Labour. The Labour vote was larger than the combined independent and Green vote.

I was not expecting the LibDems to come third. Good result for them - I didn't think they would either. Presumably the Corbyn candidate took a bite out of the Green vote. Do we know the changes since last time? |

Commiserations sanders. It takes a lot of courage to stick one’s head above the parapet and put oneself up for election, so for that, at the very least, you should be commended. Something tells me this will not be your last time on a ballot, so treat your first attempt as a learning exercise (and as has been demonstrated, you’ve had a lot of learning to do!). |

Having followed this thread idly for the last week or so, I'm still none the wiser as to whether it's a heated discussion about a local by-election in Islington or a piece of rather drawn out performance art. I'm inclined to believe the latter.
