If she lost by fewer votes than the Reform candidate got… By this time next week Dame Andrea will have had that well earned P45 handed to her. Happy Days !!

When Farage becomes Tory leader he will put her in the Lords so it's all good from Andrea's point of view. It'll be funny when the next Tory leader, Farage, ennobles all these right wing headbangers who railed against unelected Eurocrats now heading off to claim their £300 per day or whatever the bloody hell the unelected Lordhips pilfer from the public purse (in my opinion) these days. Maybe in a. sweet twist of fate we will move PARLIAMENT to Leeds or elsewhere in Yorks and it won't be far for her to go. She's literally the Marjorie Taylor Greene of the British Parliament. A silly woman who isn't right to be elected to the rhubarb preservation society. I cheered nine years ago when she defeated Ed Balls (I don't like centrist dad porkers if you haven't noticed) and he was annoying with all his flatline bullshit even when Osborne's reforms were working well a the time and Labour didn't give enough credit to the Tories for the recovery. That's why the oaf wasn't anywhere near Number 11 and Red Ed got the bum's rush as far as becoming PM was concerned. Andrea was a good fit for Morley & Outwood, self-absorbed, overrated herself - right wing to the core. However, I'm glad the Boundary Commission made the seat more competitive and put her in her in with Leeds. It'll be important for her to get her head out of the clouds. Heaven knows she's ruled the roost in Morley & Outwood for too long and I don't like super safe seats for any party (not that it was safe for her but it was a good berth for Brexity fruticakery, which Andrea exudes in spades. I hope she's never an MP again, actually. Reform will absolutely eat into her vote, which is perhaps a bit unfair to her since she signed a letter of no confidence in Sunak. I actually respect the leaflet with Farage on it because she's being honest with voters - "I don't want Rishi as PM; I want Nigel". I think Reform will do worse than average here and possibly worse than UKIP did in Morley & Outwood in 2015 because Andrea is legitimately pulling out all the stops to stop the Reform haemorrhage. Unfortunately, this isn't 2015 and Reform are more of a threat to the blue team here than UKIP were to Cameron's Tories in 2015. I think we've not seen the last of her and Dame (why?) Andrea will come back into the Lords at some point before too long. You just wait.

Please use paragraphs, it does make reading so much easier.

Please use paragraphs, it does make reading so much easier. That would be a disadvantage in this case.
