I am not over touchy on this subject but there is a Forum protocol on the matter of using familiar or real names for all members without express consent. This has been raised with you before and you have been asked not to do it. I don't think you should be doing it as it feels like a form of trolling. Trolling begets trolling. Anyway, Feinstein gain. The gammon is going to be cooked. You may not like it, but this is the new reality of politics in this seat - this is markedly more progressive on the new boundaries. Why? Well, the Boundary Commission excised Highgate which was the most elitist and wealthiest part of the old seat, by a shade, and the most Jewish ward FWIW. It really ain't that different to when Alexadnria Ocasio-Cortez defeated Joe Crowley or when Jamaal Bowman beat Eliot Engel (both in NYC), or when Elizabeth Holtzmann beat Emanuel Cellar in 1972. As for the polls, I wipe my arse with them - in 2014, Eric Cantor led Dave Brat in Virginias 7th by 30% - Brat still won on the day. Of course people will have different assessments of certain seats, but I did live here for a year and am on the ground everyday talking to Starmer's electorate. |

I have been active in real campaigning from 15-79; from Thanet to Ross & Cromarty; from Shrewsbury to Ipswich; in 7-constituencies in London; and from St Ives to Nice to Tuscany! Not entirely sure of the point of your ken loach comment either I don't think the US is irrelevant to analyses here and I think we will have our own 'Squad' after the election, including Andrew Feinstein and Leanne Mohamad, to hold the Labour government to account from the left. Well Ken Loach is a big name as I understand it. Even when I wasn't active on here, I knew who Loach was. I only know of him from his directing roles, however. We did tried to get Brian Cox on side, but he was pretty cryptic about his voting intentions when we bumped into him. |

Does appear to be mad ramping, hopefulness and extreme angling, but then I looked at the betting exchange and ks is only a 95% favorite when I expected it to be impossible to have anyone to lay him - that is to say lay that he will lose. You can currently get £25, if you risk five hundred pound on Betfair on KS to win in H & SP.
