Nathaly Antona, RN MEP for Corsica, has died just nine days after taking office. Aged 49. Outgoing MEP André Rougé who was supposed to lose his seat because of being ranked 31th on RN list will now replace her. |

Romania's Alliance for the Union of Romanians - AUR (5 MEPs), Denmark Democrats (1), Bulgaria's ITN (1) and Lithuania's Union of Peasants and Greens (1) joined ECR Group.
Lithuanian's Paesants and Greens left the Green group to go with ECR.
The 3 expelled Reconquete MEPs
Belgian Les Engagés MEP left EPP to join Renew.

Amusingly, Valerie Hayer complained that ANO had been moving further from liberalism - when was it ever near? |

Volt MEPs are going into the Green group. Apparently they didn't want to sit with (checks notes) half the Renew faction. Which probably says more about the Volt, despite the reputation of some of the Renew parties. On that note, long-standing standard-bearers of European liberalism Fianna Fail have said they won't vote for VdL. |
