Are you sure about Diana Jones defecting to, rather than just grouping with the Residents?

Her page on the Guildford District Council website specifically states in additional information member of The Green Party.

I think you're probably right - I do remember seeing it reported as a defection at the time, but from what I can see from a quick check that looks to have been erroneous...

Devauden ward was not quite unaffected by the 2022 boundary changes: there were some changes to the community boundary which brought in around 50 electors from other wards.

The Lib Dem candidate for Devauden, Nick Ramsay, was the Conservative MS for Monmouth from 2007 to 2021.

Todays preview says that Portchester East on Fareham is one of only two three-member wards in the country electing in halves, so alternating single-member and two-member elections.

A few nerd points for the first person to let us know where the other one is.
