andrea Are the seatSharings within the blocs already out? Shockingly it.wikipedia does not even have anything on the election so far. It's there but classified as a draft for some reason I don't want to know.

andrea Are the seatSharings within the blocs already out? Shockingly it.wikipedia does not even have anything on the election so far. Centre-right coalition agreed on the following split of FPTP constituencies: FDI 98 Lega 70 FI 42 Others (small centrist lists) 11 In the centre-left what is important is the allocation in the selected group of winnable constituencies. PD executive is set to approve the candidates lists tomorrow morning. So we should get an idea on the winnable seats. The bilateral agreements PD did appear to have left many FPTP seats to allies...but some may be unwinnable.

I meant, which specific FPTP-seat will go to which party.

Folklore time Gina Lollobrigida is set to run in the Latina constituency for'Italia Sovrana e Popolare. Italia Sovrana e Poplari is a joint list made up of Again Italy, Communist Party, Reconquer Italy, No Draghi Committees, Civil Action, Republican Revival and Italy United. She's 95. My Dad was absolutely smitten with this actress. At 95, she is even too old to be Italian President.

I gather from press articles after PD executive approval of the lists during the night, that PD has given 2 FPTP seats to Greens/Left 2 FPTP seats to +Europe (Bonino challenging Calenda in Rome city center constituency for the Sante) 1 FPTP seat fo Di Maio Casini in the Bologna constituency at the Senate 4 winnable spots in the PD lists to Articolo 1 (Speranza, Scotto, Stumpo and Fornaro) 2 winnable spots in the PD lists to PSI 2 winnable spots in the PD lists to Demos

The 15 names proposed by Conte to get high spots on M5S lists are Stefania Patunelli, former cabinet minister in both Conte's and Draghi's government Michele Gubitosa, Vice President of M5S Riccardo Ricciardi, Vice President of M5S Alessandra Todde, Vice President of M5S Mario Turco, Vice President of M5S Chiara Appendino, former mayor of Turin Francesco Silvestri, head of the parliamentary group at the House Maria Domenica Castellone, head of the parliamentary group at the Senate Ettore Lichere, former head of parliamentary group at the Senate Barbara Floridia, under-secretary for education in Draghi's government Sergio Costa, former cabinet minister for environment in Conte's government Federico Cafiero de Raho, former prosecutor Roberto Scarpinato, former prosecutor Livio de Santoli, academic professor in energy management Alfredo Colucci, the notary of the party On them, party members just voted "yes/no" to the whole block. 85% agreed. What’s the composition in the winnable constituencies ? I am trying to work it out. I saw a simulation a few weeks ago with the number of FPTP seats considered "leaning left" or "in contention" (with the reduction in the number of seats, the boundaries had to be re-done) but they were mapped rather than listed. So I have to work out which seats are the various colors on the map. I am waiting to get an updated picture now that coalitions are clear before losing my eye-sight. Devil WincarnateI know you are interested in all our entertainment and sport random candidates Former F1 driver Emerson Fittipaldi will stand for FDI in the "Italians abroad" constituency.

A famous Brazilian representing Italians in Brazil? Still makes more sense than voting for Renzi.

Nominations close on August 22th. Is it fair to assume that Lega would get the majority of the Northern Constituencies (outside of Liguria where Toti’s party would get some of the seats) and FDI in Central Italy to the south of the red belt? (I also assume that FI would mostly get constituencies in the south outside of Sicily where the regional party affiliated with FDI would get a decent chunk of the seats?)
