If it was moved now the campaign would be over Christmas and New Year, which is not ideal. I would have thought late January or early February for polling day.

The Conservative candidate is Anna Firth: Current Councillor on Sevenoaks DC. Wonder when her term of office ends. May 2023, since Sevenoaks DC holds full council elections every 4 years. The seat cannot be kept vacant that long though-which reminds me that there is still no news of any date for this by-election. |
