Summary of the comments I made in the East of England (my own region):
Suggestion of Mid Cambridgeshire and Huntingdon & St Neots instead of separate Huntingdon and St Neots seats; East Cambridgeshire seat should be renamed Ely. Suggestion of replacing Ipswich North & Stowmarket with a Stowmarket & Ipswich North that kept more of the existing Bury St Edmunds constituency, and making Framlingham the replacement for Central Suffolk & Ipswich North (thus dispensing with the awful North Suffolk proposal). Suggested that Hitchin be renamed Hitchin & Stotfold, Hertsmere be renamed South Hertfordshire, that Three Rivers be renamed South West Hertfordshire, that Epping Forest be renamed Loughton & Waltham Abbey, and that Thurrock be renamed Thurrock West.

Ugh. I didn't leave myself enough time for this.Almost reasonable-looking submissions made for London, the Eastern region, the South West and West Midlands within the past couple of hours. Totally unprofessional last-minute sending in of Excel files, on the other hand, for the North West and South East regions. Didn't have time to make my Word documents look glossy and convert them to PDFs, so I just didn't bother including them in the end. My SE spreadsheet somehow ended up proposing 92 constituencies, which is of course one too many. Perhaps I should've taken a minute to delete the tab containing the county with the offending extra seat, but oh well, it's done now. Had a brief go at the North East a few months ago but soon gave up. Not looked at the East Midlands but probably should at some point. Not touching Yorkshire with a bargepole this time! Will also be making a submission to the Welsh Commission once their consultation portal is open. Likewise. Annoyed I left it all so close to the deadline but I always work this way. I sent a submission for the South West almost literally at the last minute. I'm happy with what i've proposed there but not with the way its presented as I just didn't leave enough time to write it up properly. I also left things till the last moment. I submitted the Birmingham plan that I posted on this site but my write up was pretty poor.

I didn’t do the necessary work and distracted by the olympics I failed to make any submission, for the first time in 5 reviews. Not that it’s likely to make any difference since none of my submissions have ever been successful.

Wait for them to publish the comment and see what Joe Public has to say I guess.

Wait for them to publish the comment and see what Joe Public has to say I guess. ... and of course the parties' submissions. I got the impression in the previous reviews that it wasn't that uncommon for there to be areas where a lot of people were making a fuss but they didn't produce a viable alternative. One example which comes to mind is Bicester in the second zombie review.

Do we know when representations will be published?
Are the main parties’ proposals already in the public domain?

I think handwritten in green ink on pale green lavender-scented notepaper is the preferred format.

I think handwritten in green ink on pale green lavender-scented notepaper is the preferred format. Indeed, this is the standard against which the commission measures the quality of submissions. Proposals that fall far from these standards are unlikely to be accepted.

Proposals that fall far from these standards are unlikely to be accepted. Although depending on the legibility of the hand writing, your proposed constituencies might end up being recorded not quite as you had anticipated.

Giving the IoW a special status was not necessary (after all it had always belonged to Hants), but understandable. Ynys Mon is really unnecessary - i wonder, when Arran will get one, too...
