Turnout in Gospel Oak is 27.1% which is about middling for a Camden byelection.

Indeed, that was was delayed due to the death of the Lib Dem candidate.
I wanted to say Leek South but I got that confused, that was a gain from UKIP.
Was there not somewhere in Staffordshire Moorlands though, a while back?

The Exmouth Town Council result is very interesting. The Lib Dems have held on in their stronghold, but Labour have come from nowhere (in District and Town Council elections) to come second, ahead of the Tories. Labour would now need a swing of less than 5% to take the seat.

Was there not somewhere in Staffordshire Moorlands though, a while back? Are you thinking of the Leek South by-election last year caused by the death of the UKIP incumbent, that was won by former Moorlands MP Charlotte Atkins?

LDs apparently have won Aldwick! Less surprising than the Foxhills result, really - the Lib Dem candidate in Aldwick is the County Cllr for the division covering Aldwick East.

Confirms that this week is continuing the recent run of horrific Tory results, though. Maybe they might actually manage to win a seat next Thursday.......or perhaps not

If they can't win The Stours in North Dorset with only Labour opposition, they're in meltdown.
