What's the reason for the Tuesday and Wednesday polls? Why not? There's nothing sacred about Thursdays

At least they didn't promise they'd be dead in a ditch if the result wasn't out by midnight.

At least they didn't promise they'd be dead in a ditch if the result wasn't out by midnight. It could be argued that "midnight" isn't 12.00 precisely but merely "the middle of the night" which is still valid for another couple of hours or so.

Very poor result for Labour given the demographics as described by andrewteale - parts of Lillington are pretty grim. And while the old Crown ward was always Lib Dem at local level, this ward must have played its part in Labour's general election victory in 2017

Not inspiring for us at all. Tories will be reasonably satisfied.

Not inspiring for us at all. Tories will be reasonably satisfied. I wonder how much effort was put into that - my mum and I are as close to Warwick as we are to Bromsgrove, but she’s had three emails from Regional Office asking to help campaign in the latter.
