The election was a rejection of Labour because Lab's vote was down 8%, but that 8% went everywhere (similar to elections when Labour was in power particularly 2005)

Thanks Davıd Boothroyd. Spotted that yes, but Id assumed it would be in May. The article suggests it might be sooner than that. Perhaps Bexley Tories are keen to keep it separate from the Mayoral election?
