How many times do I have to point out .... Point out what exactly, David? They have been suspended from holding office in the Labour Party not suspended from the Labour whip. In other words and for the slow learners here, they may not take any responsibility within the Labour Party. But they are still required to obey the Labour whip on the council and discharge the obligations they entered into on becoming a Labour councillor. So they still count in the Labour column. They have not defected or changed allegiance. (And that's reasonable. Why should being suspected of wrongdoing suddenly free you from the policy pledges you gave to the electors which secured your election?)

You’ve probably said before, but I forget - are they still entitled to attend / vote in Labour group meetings? Or does it vary by council?

............................ that my party is a known hotbed of racist Antisemitism. I don't have to point out that you're a twat as you make it perfectly obvious every day. But you just couldn't help yourself anyway could you?

Killingbeck & Seacroft Labour councillor Paul Drinkwater has left the Labour Party.
In a statement he took aim at the cabinet system and again called for the introduction of committee based decision making.
He’ll see out the remainder of his term (one year) as an independent.

Somerset West and Taunton defection: Marcus Kravis (Old Cleeve and District) leaves the Liberal Democrats to sit as a "non political aligned" councillor, but will still support the Liberal Democrat leadership and (more surprisingly) retain his cabinet portfolio.

Things are, to put it mildly, not well in the Lib Dem group there. The leader survived a leadership vote on the drawing of lots last month The council is now, at least temporarily, NOC. Neil Houston (Long Ditton, Elmbridge BC) leaves the LibDems to sit in the Residents Associations Group. All is clearly not well in Elmbridge LibDems, all three of their incumbents up last week retired with two publicly saying they’ve now left the national party and criticising the local party.

Barely counts for several reasons, but John Bercow essentially came out as a leftie on GMB today.

Presumably because a lone councillor isn't enough for a grouping?

Enfield Labour have lost 8 councillors in a year. I sense all can't be rosy there.
