I think you might find Stress Awareness Month in April useful Looking forward to it already! I don't have stress because I don't suppress feelings and I don't worry about image and I don't care if I am popular or unpopular. I tend to be a bit combative and contrarian and a bit of a stirrer. It is worriers about fashion, wokeness, acceptability who get stress by trying to make a fit. I like not fitting. I don't fit my party and I start to worry when I am a fit within it. And I am just out to split logs in strong sunshine. Nothing like that to relieve any possibility of incipient stress. Just label each big log mentally as Corbyn, May, Strontium, Slon, Izzard, Gina Miller.....And wield that big-shaft woodman's axe. Never fails. Angst stress? You only have that if you care about other people and worry about what they think. I have no problems on that score and thus no stress. |
