I bet the "In Touch" going out there didn't have the entire front devoted to clamping down on immigration like the Thornton one. We'll not be criticised by Lib Dems for tailoring our message to different areas.

I'd guess at something like:
Lab 54.3 Con 24.6 LD 6.8 Respect 4.8 UKIP 4.5 Green 2.7 Dem Nat 1.6 OMRLP 0.7
In numerical terms, I'd guess a majority of around 8000.

I don't take part in the prediction comp for very good reasons, but Imwould suspect that respect will do better than that (see my post above) and the Tories worse

That would of course include statutes that have been repealed or which in cases of the Magna Cartas 1215 and 1225 were never on the statute book (Magna Carta 1297 was and 3 sections still are).

What are the three sections still on the books? Freedom of the church, the ancient liberties of London and right to due process.

What are the three sections still on the books? Freedom of the church, the ancient liberties of London and right to due process. OK, that was a easy one. What is the very next law still on the books and what sections remain in Law to this day?

7. TO CHALLENGE GLOBAL WARMING. when all the March records are being beaten and drought in half the country, hmmmm By "challenge global warming", maybe he means he wants to take on the serious threats brought on by climate change. The flag is all kinds of messed up...
