well you need to stay then until we see Labour Gain Yeah, we’ve got a candidate in situ, but if the Boundary Commission proposals go through we’re stuffed big time.

You actually can do this yourself, but I don't advice it, the software doesn't always get it right, especially for people who have 'alternative' tags and want party room access. I normally process such requests within a few hours. The default btw is Non-Aligned but only after you've made a certain number of posts. Also, it can get funny when "Top Poster" is involved as well. What is a 'Top poster', why are there so few and what does it confer? For a moment I thought you were talking about "top posting". I got into trouble for doing it a couple of years ago: it's when you post a comment above a quote rather than underneath it.

Therefore the net increase in Lib Dem seats is entirely attributable to ward boundary changes Though to be fair the changes are based on population growth; so arguably the previous boundaries artificially boosted Labour’s numbers. Not really. Cathedrals ward was a little too large when the review began, but not by enough to justify the area returning an extra councillor. The two extra councillors are the result of projected growth from dwellings that didn't exist in 2014, so it can't be said that at that election the Lib Dems were disadvantaged by it to any significant extent.
