There is a third vacancy in North Kesteven following the resignation of Shirley Pannell, independent councillor for Skellingthorpe ward. She was elected as Shirley Flint.
The North Hykeham Mill and Skellingthorpe by-elections have both been scheduled for 28th June.

I live in a neighbouring ward (Bessacarr). I understand that the Yorkshire Party candidate stood in this ward last time and did fairly well (he was also the mayoral candidate I believe), possible Yorkshire Party gain? |

Not happening; the lowest polling Labour candidate was still 400+ votes ahead in 2017 and Tosh is a popular well known face who lives in the ward. I also expect some previous Yorkshire Party voters to switch to the Lib Dems since they're standing this time. |
