Gosport, Bridgemary North: 100% Labour hold with all but Robert Waller having Conservative 2nd: majority from 9% (WlliamHone) to 46% (Lancastrian)
Maidstone, Maidstone North: 100% Liberal Democrat gain from Conservative with majority from 12% (greenrobinhood) to 30% (hempie)
Tandridge, Westway: 8 Liberal Democrat hold, majority from 4% (Ruggerman & Yellow Peril) to 19% (hempie) with David Boothroyd Conservative gain
Torridge, Torrington: 7 Independent gain, mostly with Green 2nd, Ruggerman Conservative gain with WilliamHone Liberal Democrat gain

Thanks missed that. Lancastrian gets 7 additional faults and Yellow Peril 3 for predicting a none existent UKIP instead of Green in Maidstone North. |

Well, I think I did end up winning the month. But I do believe this may only be because of Hempie's illness. Hope the recovery is going well.
A feature of this week's scores is, by my figures, William Hone's best performance yet. He may have 'won' two of the byelections and finished as high as third for the week.

How stupid can you get typing in the wrong 4th party in Maidstone of all places? My excuses for the mistype (which was just that-I always keep a paper record and it was right there) was that because of my domestic situation I'm having to get up in the wee small hours to get an entry in at all. Also I expect I've been somewhat demotivated this month by the failure to get my entries in at all 3 weeks ago, which I know cost me almost 400 points. I have been keeping the unofficial score of where I would have been without that - which would have been 4th rather than 9th.  Overall so chuffed by the actual results this week that I will get over failing to predict 2 of the 4 Lib Dem wins  |
