Why do Green women the world over always have to look so much like Green women? Mrs.Lunacek looks like a typical androphob lesbian. Mrs.Felipe - lesbian, too - is pretty, though. Also their leader until spring, Mrs.Glawischnigg.

PublicBroadcaster ORF held the last duel, Kern vs. Kurz. With their strong left bias they avoided the causa Silberstein or MassImmigration. Kern was better, aggressive, but not too much (as on SunDay at Puls4).
Kern:Kurz (better according to NewsPaper-forums) 48:52 for ~5.000 "Kurier"-readers 18:82 for an unknown number of "Österreich"-readers

Kern:Kurz (better according to NewsPaper-forums) 48:52 for ~5.000 "Kurier"-readers 18:82 for an unknown number of "Österreich"-readers Whilst the state broadcaster might well have its biases, I think another reason they might have avoided those topics is that they've been done to death already at previous debates (I have read a transcript of one of the earlier ones). The Kurier is a much more respectable publication than ' Österreich'.

The Kurier is a much more respectable publication than ' Österreich'. But to ignore them entirely annoyed many on ReaderForums - who partly hadn't seen the debates on private channels - and was very helpful for Kern, also the focus on SocialPolicies. Formerly it came out, that the ORF-moderator, who handled Kurz badly, had been on vacation with Kern... As You understand german, You find much information at www.orf-watch.at.

Kern claimed to expect ÖVP&FPÖ... Kurz claimed to expect SPÖ&FPÖ... Strache claimed to expect ÖVP&SPÖ or SPÖ&ÖVP...

I think after some dancing around it will be SPÖVP as usual.

All hail the great democracy! All hail the coalition of the two supposed rivals!
What's the point? May as well hail the grand Proporz forever.

After Kurz meant, that Strache and he would rival for Chancellorship and different rumors (exPresidentialCandidate Hofer seeing FPÖ storming towards the FirstPlace), a random pollster ("Meinungsraum") came out with:
29 FPÖ 27 ÖVP 20 SPÖ
Not impossible, but let us remain cautious!

I think after some dancing around it will be SPÖVP as usual. Certain lobbies - President v.d.Bellen, Economy, TradeUnions aso. - will push for it. But the public is deeply upset by this constellation, SPÖ's LeftWing would revolt from the very beginning, so I'd put the likelihood far behind ÖVP&FPÖ (who constructed quasi identical platforms for this election), perhaps even behind SPÖ&FPÖ (if the latter will have a sufficient SeatMajority).

My guess - relying on the normal OpinionPolls - is:
31 ÖVP 27 FPÖ 23 SPÖ 06 GREENS 05 NEOS 05 Pilz 03 others

OfficialResults provided by the HomeOffice: www.wahl17.bmi.gv.atLiveStreams of PublicBroadcaster ORF2 and private ServusTV can be found at www.oklivetv.comThe private channel ATV under www.live.atv.at , Puls4 vide www.puls4.com/live-551I hope, that these links work abroad as well. Most PollingStations will have closed hour(s) before; but the InteriorMinistry is since 2016 no longer allowed to distribute the data before the last PollingStations close to the TeleVision-channels. As a result we'll have to wait some minutes.

The "Kurier" reports a tightening between ÖVP and ... no, not FPÖ (s.a.), but SPÖ in the InternalPolls of the last few days. Kern claimed this in his final rally yesterday, too.
So ÖVP is expecting and the 2 others are hoping for "victory", i.e. the RelativeMajority. (The FPÖ has rented a large hall for its "victory"-party.)
