I'll mention it to him. His ward does include Berkeley Square so if any of the previous 10 nominees want to go up in a balloon they had better watch out. Supposing one of them does go in a balloon before 2 May, will the election be countermandered or does he just advance one place?

I may be wrong but my understanding is there are no countermanded polls for the List, only for the Constituencies (or Mayor).
