The Herefordshire result looks like it will be fun. How often have we had 4 different winners being touted, in almost equal proportions? Does this mean we don't really have a clue about this one?

Very few posters here have much local knowledge of Leominster politics. Whilst I don't participate in the prediction competition, I had it down as a Green-Conservative battle with the other three candidates being largely a spoiler for whichever party their presence on the ballot hurts the most. It's Our County and the Lib Dems don't have any recent history in the town (unless you count the period where there was one Green councillor in their council group), though it's plausible that the independent could do fairly well.

I shall hold the final result until tomorrow. If David is indeed right we should have some figures from Blackburn tomorrow even though the presumably Labour councillor is then disqualified. If we do not get any figures then everyone will get zero for that by-election.
