The Situation hasn't posted since 26 January, one day before Armchair Critic made his previous contribution.
Well, I had to alter my password when the site was revamped. And on a few occasions since then, my username and password have been rejected and it has sometimes taken me three or even more attempts to log in, as well as having to type something to prove I'm human. I can only assume The Situation's situation is even more problematic.

Didn't we have a short (see what I did there) thread about him a while back?

I have just discovered this site so I thought Id join up.
I am 43, live in East Ayrshire, Kilmarnock & Loudoun (Westminster), Carrick, Cumnock & Doon Valley (Holyrood). I first joined the Labour Party in 1987 but left after a couple of years as I had left home, Ive lived in Glasgow, Peebles and Edinburgh where I rejoined the party in 2004 and have been active since. I was a candidate in last years Council elections but was defeated by the stupidity of the PR system in place. I work for the NHS and I am also a steward for Unison.I am against independence, I think to be Scottish and British is to have the best of both worlds.
Outside of politics I am an ardent supporter of Kilmarnock FC, love music, reading and history. I am a terrible typer.
I will probably read more than I post but I may chuck my tuppence worth in from time to time.

OK, you were a bit unlucky there, but Labour had 2.74 quotas and the SNP 1.85 so a 2-2 split not that unfair (IMO)

Hello there! I found this forum while looking for borough council by-election results, and was shocked to find that so many other people cared about borough council by-election results.

I can make it necessary to approve new members before their registration is completed, but I used to do this and found that I couldn't always filter out all the spammers, and I sometimes delayed genuine members from joining. It's easy enough to ban and clean up after the spammers as soon as I get up in the morning.

These things are sent to try us.

Could I be set up with a party alignment, please? (Guess what it is based on the fetching backdrop to my avatar. Go on, guess.)
Hint: it's not Mebyon Kernow.

Not sure if SNP, Lib Dem, or Alliance.
